Customer Service Support/EDI Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and Email
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Understanding of the basic formats and connections used with electronic invoicing and PO delivery (Preferred but not required)
  • Have sufficient acumen and an understanding of EDI and integration solution landscape to effectively answer high-level questions.
  • Willing to work in the night shift and rotating schedules including holidays
  • Ability to use product knowledge to find solutions to customer problems without a script or knowledge article
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
