As an accredited Peppol Access Point Provider, our Peppol Access Point can be utilised for the full end to end procure to pay process. From purchase orders being generated out of your existing systems through to your suppliers invoice coming back in, all data can be exchanged in a completely automated way through our Peppol Access point and then onto your suppliers Access Points.

We simply integrate with your existing ERP or Procure to Pay platform utilising our Integration-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform. We already have a number of pre-built connectors for leading Procure to Pay platforms and ERP platforms. For those that we don’t have existing connectors for we are able to easily integrate with your on premise or cloud-based platforms with a purpose built integration. Our aim is to make the whole process simple and easy to get you connected to fastest growing commerce network across Australia and New Zealand.

Peppol Access Point – Order to Cash

Additionally, our Peppol Access Point can be utilised for the full end to end order to cash process. From receiving purchase orders into your existing ERP or Accounts Receivable platform and then sending your invoices to your buyers, all data can be exchanged in a completely automated way through our Peppol Access point and then onto your suppliers Access Points.

Australia, New Zealand and Singapore have all adopted a globally recognised standard for sending e-invoices and e-orders known Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine). This standard enables anyone who is part of the network to easily and safely, send e-invoices and e-orders to each other. The standard also enables a simple and accessible way for businesses to be onboarded onto the network. There are already 200,000+ businesses across 34+ countries on the Peppol network. Valtatech have been accredited as a Peppol certified eInvoicing service provider across Australia and New Zealand.

How does Peppol e-invoicing work?

Peppol e-invoicing works by suppliers and buyers sending their invoices or orders through their systems to their certified Peppol Access Point. The Access Point verifies the data on the invoice or order and then sends it on to the receivers certified Access Point who transmits the data into their system. This means that data is shared almost instantly into the receivers system without any manual data entry or manipulation required.
